Ian Edney

Bio

Ian has been a member of School Council from 2012 to present. He enjoyed a long career at BHP, where he was Treasurer and Head of Tax during the company’s merger with Billiton. He was also the former Chair of BHP Credit Union, a Past President of Corporate Tax Association of Australia and a former Chair of Very Small Particle Company Ltd. Ian is also the current part owner of the Australian franchise for Mrs Fields and Cookie Man retail outlets. Ian is a past student, as was his father, and boarded (1971 to 1974).
