Teachers at Caulfield are mindful of nurturing students’ full range of competencies in their teaching. Many of these competencies are social and personal – they are related to each student’s growth as an individual and as a member of the community. As with their academic progress, each student’s social and personal development is regularly assessed and reported to parents.
Caulfield Grammar’s position on the rights and responsibilities of students, staff and parents, particularly in relation to behaviour management, bullying and drugs is very clear. Written policies on these are available on request and feature in students’ personal development programs.
