How to join using Microsoft Teams
Caulfield Grammar School uses Microsoft Teams as a safe and secure platform to connect via video conferencing with our community.
If you are unfamiliar with Microsoft Teams,
we recommend joining via Chrome or Edge browsers on a laptop for the best experience.
If you are familiar with Microsoft Teams,
we recommend joining via the app on your device of preference.
What to Expect
Welcome and overview sessions
Our Open Day sessions will start at the nominated time with a welcome and overview of our program and offerings from our Heads of Campus, key staff and students.
As an audience member of this Microsoft Teams Live Event, you are placed in listen-only mode. Your camera and microphone cannot be accessed.
Please use the Q&A feature to ask questions or comment during the session and we will do our best to respond during the allocated time.
Breakout sessions
Following the welcome and overview, you will have the chance to join breakout session covering various areas of interest.
As a participant of this Microsoft Teams Meeting, you will be able to engage with the presenters via audio, video and chat.
Enter your name and select Join Now. “Someone in the meeting should let you in soon” will display until the session commences.
Ensure you register to attend the sessions of your choice.
You will receive an email with instructions for joining our Virtual Open Day using Microsoft Teams.
