We are delighted to introduce our 2026 School Co-Captains – Emily Eldridge & Cooper Ryan (Caulfield Campus) and Houben Gui & Kiara Suraweera (Wheelers Hill Campus).

Emily Eldridge | Caulfield Campus

As a Monash Scholar and respected student leader, Emily exemplifies initiative, balance and a passion for contributing to our School community. She is known for her friendly nature and willingness to help others, engaging in a wide range of school initiatives including School tours, public speaking, the Upstage dance production, the Peer Support Program – helping Year 7 students transition into high school life – and, beyond school, volunteering at the Red Cross Op Shop. Emily represents Caulfield Grammar in APS Cross Country, Rowing and Athletics, demonstrating perseverance, teamwork and a positive spirit.

Cooper Ryan | Caulfield Campus

Cooper’s commitment to and passion for all aspects of School makes him an exemplary role model. From high-achieving academic pursuits to participation in House competitions and APS swimming, football and water polo, Cooper exemplifies the quintessential Caulfield Grammar School experience. Above all else, he has proven to be a caring and considerate person, genuinely dedicated to inclusivity and making others feel like they are an integral part of the Caulfield Grammar community.

Kiara Suraweera | Wheelers Hill Campus

Kiara is a dedicated, well-rounded and compassionate leader, exemplifying excellence across academics, service, sport, and the Performing Arts. She has been recognised for her outstanding academic achievements, as well as her service to the community, both within Holmes House and at a School level. Kiara has competed at national level in swimming and represented Caulfield Grammar in APS swimming, water polo and netball. She is also passionate about performing arts and was awarded an Emblem for Dance.

Houben Gui | Wheelers Hill Campus

Houben approaches all aspects of school life with enthusiasm and commitment – from academic excellence to participating in a range of programs and activities, including Music Ensembles, Senior School Choir, Public Speaking and House events, as well as APS First Futsal and Soccer. Humble and collaborative by nature, Houben consistently seeks to uplift those around him. His encouragement and support for his peers reflect his positive spirit and leadership qualities.
