Remote Learning and Wellbeing

Our ‘Remote Learning and Wellbeing Plan’ allows each student to form and maintain effective relationships and daily learning routines, while also allowing families to establish flexible work and living arrangements at home. Students maintain a regular school day working from a learning program based on their modified remote timetable and a rich and purposefully designed remote wellbeing program.

Broad and Balanced Experiences

Our families and educators need to manage many moving parts in a remote environment. Our broad and balanced experiences have been designed to address and meet the needs of students in entirely new circumstances – a crucial highlight for students to remain engaged with passion and purpose and bringing life at home into learning.

Each Wednesday is ‘Broad and Balanced Day’ with a  focus on care – self-care, care for community, and care for others. Structured into four blocks, there are activities focused on Mind, Community, Body, and Connection. Educators across the School are facilitating support for students to build pathways towards wellbeing, creative collaboration, along with connection and share time together as a community. The day is designed to enable and empower students to take ownership of their chosen pathways, and offers choice to promote engagement.

It’s about taking opportunities to keep student spirits up – recharge, reboot, reenergise – in a time when this might be hard for some due to uncertainty. With wellbeing being front and centre, this concept ensures learning throughout the five-day week is purposeful, balanced and impactful.

For current families, more information about our plans can be found on CaulfieldLife.

The life of learners

Early Life

‘We’re just so happy at the school. Every day it’s fun, the kids play and climb and learn and explore, it’s such an amazing environment.’

We look forward to welcoming your family to become a part of our community

A school’s true wealth is the good it does in the world. We offer diversity of scholarships covering art, music, drama and academic potential.

Caulfield Grammar School demonstrates our values of inclusion, community spirit, equality and the belief that all learners have the potential to flourish by encouraging families without the economic means to join their community through a diverse offering of scholarships. We have a proud history of enriching our community through providing dedicated regional and indigenous Victorian’s scholarships.
