Humanitarian scholarship students share their stories

For World Refugee Week, our Humanitarian Ambassador Yen Siow and some of our past Humanitarian scholarship graduates – Sana, Mansour, Ragavan and Aftaab – presented to the Year 7s who have been doing studies on refugees. It was an incredibly moving presentation and so wonderful to witness Yen and our young Grammarians sharing so openly about their journeys to Australia with their families.

The insightful and compassionate questions asked by our students at the end of the presentations were a wonderful reflection of our School values.

Since the launch of the Caulfield Grammar School Foundation Scholarship Program, our community has helped 45 students from diverse backgrounds thrive at our School. Providing students from diverse backgrounds the chance to join our School not only transforms their lives but also enriches and strengthens our community.

We are immensely proud of the quality of our Foundation Scholarship Program and the exceptional students we’ve been able to welcome into our School.
