Our VCE VET Cookery & Hospitality students have been very busy these past couple of months with various learning experiences both in the kitchen and beyond as part of Caulfield Grammar School’s inaugural VCE VET Cookery & Hospitality course.
Last week, to coincide with The Melbourne Food and Wine Festival’s Longest Lunch, our cookery students at Wheelers Hill Campus hosted and served their own version of the Longest Lunch on the cafe balcony.
Our VCE VET Cookery & Hospitality cohort at Caulfield Campus proudly demonstrated their culinary skills at the February Open Day, cooking and serving to more than 800 people!
