Double Gold at the International Youth Music Festival

We are thrilled to share that both our Chamber Choir and Wind Ensemble were awarded Gold at the 14th Bratislava Youth International Music Festival in Slovakia during the Term break. 

Performing in the Youth Choirs (SATB) up to 21 years category, our Chamber Choir impressed the international adjudication panel with their rendition of Abendlich schon rauscht der Wald from Gartenlieder, Op. 3 No. 5 by Fanny Hensel. Their performance impressed with both precision and heart, securing them the top award. 

Equally outstanding, our Wind Ensemble also received Gold in the Symphonic Bands up to 21 years category. Their performance of the second movement of the Hans Christian Andersen Suite by Søren Hyldgaard, arranged by Johan de Meij, captivated audiences and judges with its technical precision and musicality.
