Stepping Up: Connecting through Leadership

Malvern Campus proudly welcomed families and friends for a special ceremony marking the formal induction of its Year 6 students into service leadership roles for 2026.

The occasion celebrated not only the appointment of student leaders, but also the values of responsibility, collaboration and community that underpin leadership at the Campus. Principal Ashleigh Martin, Head of Malvern Campus Prue Petsinis and Head of Caulfield Campus Meg Adem were joined by Caulfield Campus Co-Captains Emily Eldridge and Cooper Ryan, who warmly welcomed their Junior School counterparts and shared thoughtful reflections on what it means to lead with integrity and purpose.

A highlight of the ceremony was the induction of Malvern Campus Co-Captains Everly and Joe, alongside a strong cohort of students stepping into a range of leadership roles, including Music, Wellbeing, Environmental & Sustainability, Social Service, House Leadership and STEM.

The breadth of applications this year was particularly impressive, reflecting a cohort that is confident, creative and deeply motivated to contribute to their community. Each student who put themselves forward demonstrated a willingness to serve others and embrace the opportunities and responsibilities that leadership brings.

We congratulate all students on their commitment and look forward to seeing the positive impact they will make across the Malvern Campus throughout the year.
