Academic Scholarships
Our broad and balanced academic and co-curricular programs develop the whole child and provide students valuable opportunities to explore areas that can shape who they are and what they want to pursue in the future.
While the sole pursuit of academic excellence is not why we exist, we are proud to be ranked in the top Victorian schools every year.
Academic Scholarships are awarded to students demonstrating academic excellence determined by performance on a scholarship test. Caulfield Grammar School use Edutest scholarship tests.
We offer Scholarships as follows:
Primary Scholarships – Year 5 in 2027 at Shelford, Malvern and Wheelers Hill Junior campuses.
Primary Scholarships – Year 6 in 2027 at Shelford Campus only.
Secondary Scholarships – Year 7, 9, 10 and 11 in 2027 at Caulfield Campus and Wheelers Hill Campus.
Academic Scholarships Test Date
Saturday 7 February 2026 from 9.00am –12.00pm.
Applicants will sit the test at the following venues:
Wheelers Hill Campus:
- For entry to Year 5, 2027 at Malvern, Wheelers Hill Junior or Shelford Campuses
- For entry to Year 6*, 2027 at Shelford Campus only
Caulfield Campus:
- For entry to Years 7, 9, 10 or 11, 2027 at Wheelers Hill or Caulfield Campuses
* Scholarships commencing in Year 6, 2027 are only available at our Shelford Campus.
Please note, Caulfield Grammar School does not disclose testing results and the results remain the property of the School.
Successful applicants will receive part remission of tuition fees through to the end of Year 12 – typically between 25% and 75%.
