2026 APS Summer Sport Highlights

The APS Summer Season & our Rowing Season wrapped up last weekend with nail-biting finals across all our sports.

We are so proud of the commitment, passion and sportspersonship our young athletes have displayed across the season. 

Head of the Schoolgirls 2026

What a fantastic weekend for Caulfield Grammar School Rowing at Head of the Schoolgirls on the Barwon River. An incredible 20 CGS crews competed across 18 divisions, showcasing the growing depth and strength of the girls’ program that Head Coach Darcy Wruck has been building. Every crew raced with determination and supported their teammates throughout the regatta. Highlights included:

* Open Coxed Four Division 5 – HOSG Champions (1st A Final)
* Year 10 Eight Division 1 – 3rd A Final
* Year 10 Eight Division 2 – 3rd A Final
* Year 10 Quad Division 6 – 1st B final
* Year 10 Quad Division 5 – 3rd B final
* ⁠Open Eight Division 2 – 1st C Final
* ⁠Open Eight Division 1 – 2nd C Final
* Year 9 Coxed Quad Division 1 – 3rd C Final (PB 3:56.85)
* Year 9 Quad Division 6 – 4th B final
* Year 9 Quad Division 9 – 4th B final

🏆 Girls Swimming Premiers

Our girls secured their 10th consecutive premiership, an incredible achievement and a true testament to the hard work and dedication of the entire team. A special congratulations to Lily K and Abbey M, who each broke two individual APS records on the night. The team also set an outstanding three new APS relay records.

🏆 Girls Diving Premiers

Our diving girls won an incredible 6th premiership in a row, continuing to dominate across the APS competition.

🏆 Victorian Interschool Cycling Champions

For the second year in a row, our Caulfield Grammar School cycling team won the Victorian Interschool series. 

Congratulations also to the following teams on placing an incredible 2nd in an exciting, highly contested APS season.
