Jim Hayman

Bio

Jim has been a member of School Council on three separate occasions from 1980-1985, 1988-1998 and 2010 to present. He is a former managing partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Melbourne office, a global executive search and leadership firm. He is also the non-executive Chairman of a Perth based engineering Technology Company. Jim holds extensive experience in finance, mergers and acquisitions, executive recruitment and directorships. Jim is a past student (1957 to 1966), was President of the Caulfield Grammarians’ Association in 1984/85 and 1987/89, and a parent of two boys who attended Caulfield Grammar School. Jim has had extensive involvement in the school and activities of the Caulfield Grammarians’ Association. Jim was appointed President of School Council in May 2016.
