Louisa Durbin

Bio

Louisa joined the School Council in 2019, and is the current President of the Parents and Friends Subcommittee (P&F) – Malvern Campus.

Louisa has nearly 17 years’ of management and leadership experience in retail strategy and operations gained working at David Jones Ltd in a variety of senior management roles. She has significant experience in how best to leverage human capital across multi-site entities, with a heavy focus on change management, project management, and consensus building.

She has two children enrolled at the Malvern Campus, and has been an active member of the Malvern community for the last 4 years.

Louisa holds a Master of Business Administration (Executive) from the Australian Graduate School of Management (UNSW and USyd) and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Melbourne.
